The programming and training provided by Erin always felt personalized to my goals. She took the time to listen to my goals, my strengths and my weaknesses, and put the effort into developing a program around them. With every week I feel like I am hitting a PR on something, and quickly gaining strength, and new skills. I love learning new movements and she always includes a fun new surprise or challenge.

I have been working with her for about 9 weeks at the time of writing this testimonial, and in that time I have gained about 10 pounds of bodyweight and 70 pounds on my squat! "I started strongman august of last year. I hired Erin to be my coach quickly. In the last few months, I have been able to better my technique and PR quite often. She is very humble and super helpful. She’s been super responsive the whole time, always willing to help and change things when needed - especially since my knee tracking issues and having to work through it. She is super organized and has amazing information to share.

I have worked with her during strongman classes and she is always keen to explain details to each person for their body and personality. She will definitely push you to be a better athlete and work your weaknesses to be stronger.
